Day 2: restart?

So I made it to the gym yesterday morning.  I was so excited that I got there 10 mins early and then had to wait for the gym to open (oh the enthusiasm, only if it will continue through out the year).

What did I do when the doors opened?

Treadmill – 11 mins (5km/h with incline increasing every minutes to 5 and then coming back down to zero).

biceps (3 reps – 6kg/15, 8kg/12 and 10kg/8)

laterals – (3 reps – 8/15, 10/12 and 12/10)

triceps push downs (3 reps – 8/15, 10/12 and 12/10)

And then I ran out of there as fast as I could – and today I am suffering the pain of not stretching.

Food was chicken with carbs (too many carbs!). Water: 250 ml (maybe?)

Not a very good restart is it?
