I have been going back and forth on whether to weigh every day or not, and I have finally decided I will. I have done two days of weighing and to say that the results are whack is an understatement.
Yesterday, I weighed 347.5lb (no I didn’t loose 2.5 pounds in a day. It would be awesome if I did).
And today, I weighed 342 lb (yup, I did gain 4.5 lb in a day).
I did all the requirements – weight at the same time, first things in the morning, etc, etc but the weight is whack. I think, however, I will continue to weigh everyday.
So the mystery of tomorrow’s weigh in continues.
