The weekends are hard. Exercising is harder. Food is hardest.
This morning my arms ached, shoulders ached, and everything else ached. so i just turned off the alarm and went back to sleep. I had no work to go to so I did not get up. I had no idea what to do about food when I woke up around 112:00 noon because I was starving so I ordered Chinese take away. Then I ended up having an ice cream, and now I feel like crap. It is on days like that I want to quit.
