Gym this week has been good and eating not so bad. I need to plan eating before hand to make it easier. I am not planning food intake enough but otherwise it is going good so far. I also need to find new salad recipes to eat. However, I am really struggling with cardio. I find the cardio days at the gym are just not working. I cannot motivate myself to spend enough time on the machines .
I suffer from migraines so outdoor activities in the morning do not work and I am mostly working out in the morning. I need to find something to do and keep my heart rate up. What do people do to keep themselves motivated to do cardio? What activities work?
