This was a long weekend. I had a lot of work related social events planned – coffees, dinners, brunch, etc. this weekend. I was fairly worried that this is going to be one of those weekends that I did not exercise and eat a lot. It has (surprisingly) been ok. I have exercised two out of three days and been eating quite healthy. I started using myfitnesspal (I don’t really have pals on it) yesterday, which helped me not go crazy with food and make wiser choices.

Now, I have one more dinner left and it is at my favorite steak house. Have to get through this! No fillet. No fries. No mash potatoes. I can do it.
