I really like Ellie Kreiger’s Chickpea and Spinach Salad with Cumin Dressing Salad and is a salad that I eat often. It is fresh and Cumin and Cayenne Pepper dressing with yogurt makes it a zing that olive oil and vinegar combination lacks.


However, I had spinach yesterday night and was not feeling it so I decided to change it a bit and replaced spinach with lettuce, mint with parsley and added some croutons. It was 222 calories and tasted quite different.
