This is the food plan I intend to follow for the next week. It is based on 1300 calories a day plan and is mostly gluten free. I am gluten intolerant and tend to avoid gluten based food as much as possible. Therefore, the cereal mentioned is oat and/or rice based. I make my own oat granola.

I would be happy to receive your feedback as to what I can change to make it more healthy.
