I had to go out for evening-client social today which I had not planned. I had a momentary panic attack re food but I think I did reasonably well. I had some hummus with pita (around 320 calories) and falafels (130 calories)

I reduced everything in the dinner by 70%, which allowed me to readjust my calories intake and I was still under my daily allowed calorie intake. Yay!

Tomorrow is a new day.
