Day 2 was good. When I made the table I didn’t realize how much fruit/Vegs I had included. It was a complete vegetarian day.

I also realized that the calorie count for day 2 was a bit whack and came to only 855 calories.

At night when I was lying in bed I couldn’t fall asleep because I was really hungry and my stomach was. growling.

I had to eventually get up and get some cereal, which meant that I couldn’t go back to bed until 1:00 am.

I have to focus on adding exercise after this week to the routine. I had been doing really well with exercise (or at least on strength training) before and I need to get back on track.
