It is important to not get off the wagon of health and exercise. I seem to have slipped backed drastically.

I have restarted logging food and was back on track to meeting calorie goal. I have not made it to the gym yet. I have a personal training session on Friday morning and hopefully that should restart me back into gym routine.

Work travel is the worst thing for my weight-loss and exercise. It is one thing I really need to conquer as I do travel a lot and I need to find a way of it not letting destroy all the hard work I have already done.
