18577417184948162_C8yEdIdO_cAs most readers (or any) of this blog know that last week was write off in terms of food and exercise. I gain approximately one pound on this trip.  I booked a personal training session for last Friday.

I pretty much ripped of the band aid when it came to work out session this friday. The routine included:

Treadmill – warm up 5 mins
Elliptical – 15 mins
Stretching – 5 mins

Circuit 

Push-ups – 30
Ball crunches – 30
Walking lunges – 30
diamond standing push-ups – 30
step-ups – 30
tricep dips – 30
sumo squats – 30
superman – 30
bicycle – 30

AND then repeat, repeat and repeat

Abdominal 

v-ups – 30
side crunches – 30
interval crunches – 30

And repeat and repeat.

Stretching and then rest.

I was exhausted. I was so tired that I went to bed at 7:30.
