Cardio Challenge – Day 7

I am calling today a non day as all I did today was walk from my bedroom to the living room to the home office. I did this circuit a couple of times during the day with long breaks (sometimes extending for hours) on bed, couch and reading chair in the office. I may have stopped by the kitchen to get something to eat and medicine cabinet for Panadol.

Fitbit Steps: 1053.

The good thing is I didn’t eat a lot either and was significantly below my calorie goal. So whatever the damage it can’t be that bad.

The real damage will be to the stamina and cardio resistance I had built. It would be completely shot and I’ll need to work really hard to get back on track. Oh well…

  1. your strength and resistance will come back quickly once you are recovered. they might be slightly down compared to just before you became ill, but you will find that you will gain it back much quicker than you expect 🙂
