Better than Day 2 but still not doing full 10,000 steps yet.

I’m taking a really long time to recover after my bronchitis episode. I get tired really quickly and now and again get lightheaded and need to eat. The cough hasn’t totally gone and I am not getting full night undisturbed sleep.

I have been off from work last week so things have been sort of easier to manage. I start work this Sunday and it would be interesting to see how everything proceeds with work.

So, without further ado, this is what I did of Day 3:

Treadmill: 10 mins
Strength leg training: 60 mins
Evening walk: 30 mins

Fitbit steps: 6459

Squats Challenge: 50 squats
