Same me, trying to do the same things with the same obstacles. My resolutions for this year are simple (and hopefully achievable):
(a) Continue to lose fat and build muscle (slow and steady)
(b) Continue to exercise – ideally 5/6 times a week but at least 3 times a week
(c) Avoid eating wheat – it really messes up my system. I have mild intolerance to it and is not good for me.
(d) Substitute Almond milk as much as possible for dairy milk.
(e) Find workable travel eating healthy/exercise solutions.
(f)Make changes in respect of work.
(h) Find spiritual peace.
(i) Order salads.
(j) record food and exercise.
