I have an issue about my arms. I am always obsessing about their size and I worry about arm flab consistently so I am going to do an arm challenge starting from 22 October 2013 (Yup, that means that there are three simultaneous challenges along with the usual exercise regime that I am currently following).
The reason I do challenges is that they allow me to push myself further and break the monotony of the usual routine and allow me to focus on certain areas of the body while doing the usual stuff.
So, I found Jodi Higgs arms challenge that I am going to do. I found it on some blog and saved the jpg. I have now lost the link to the blog. However, here is the challenge.
